All items purchased from www.mommyslittlemonkey.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached in unworn, unused condition and free of disagreeable odors. Items that are defective need to be returned within the 30 days after purchasing. If all returnable requirements are met you will receive a refund on your original payment form. Items not meeting returnable requirements will be returned to the customer.

All merchandise will be shipped via USPS using Priority, Priority flat rate or first class shipping in the 50 states in the U.S. In stock items ship out immediately. If you happen to place an order on a back ordered item you will be contacted by a customer representative. Once items are shipped, you will receive an email with all tracking information on your order so you’re up to date on the arrival of your package. Make sure that you place the correct address in the Pay Pal billing information. If it is not current or correct and your order has been placed, please email us immediately with any corrections and we will be happy to correct all information so that your order arrives on time. All information not received in time will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you happen to place an order and it is a back ordered item you will be contacted by a customer representative through email. You will be informed on an approximate date your items should ship. At that point you have the option of withdrawing your order and receive a full refund or proceed with your order and have the items ship on the expected date of shipment.
