Return/Exhanges

RETURN
All items purchased from www.mommyslittlemonkey.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached in unworn, unused condition and free of disagreeable odors. Items that are defective need to be returned within the 30 days after purchasing. If all returnable requirements are met you will receive a refund on your original payment form.  Items not meeting returnable requirements will be returned to the customer.

Return Directions:
1. Please email sales@mommyslittlemonkey.com with RETURN placed in the subject box.
2. Give your:
a. Name
b. Date of Purchase
c. Order number in the body of the email.
3. Give your reason for returning your item.
4. Wait for the approval notification email for your return.  You will receive an authorization number and address to return merchandise to once approved allowing for the processing of your refund to run smoothly.
5. Once your item is received you will receive notification that your returned merchandise  has arrived and your refunding status. Allow up to 20 days for your return to reflect on your credit card or in your pay pal account.
6. All accepted returns grant the customer a refund of the original purchasing price less the shipping costs. Shipping fees for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.
We suggest you return your  merchandise certifiable mail.  Mommy’s Little Monkey™ is not responsible for lost returned merchandise if tracking is not included on your return.

Items returned to Mommy’s Little Monkey™ after 30 days will be returned to customer.

EXCHANGES
All items purchased from www.mommyslittlemonkey.com may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items must be exchanged in original packaging with all tags attached in unworn, unused condition and free of disagreeable odors. If all requirements are met you will receive your original purchasing price less the shipping to use towards exchanging your item (s).  Items not meeting returnable/exchangeable requirements will be returned to the customer.  Merchandise that is defective needs to be returned within the 30 days after purchasing. In the event of defective merchandise Mommy’s Little Monkey™ will cover shipping cost for your exchanged item.

Exchange Directions:
1. Please email sales@mommyslittlemonkey.com with EXCHANGE in the subject box.
2. In the body of your email please include:
a. your name
b. date of purchase
c. Order number, Item purchased and merchandise you are exchanging for
3. Wait for the approval notification email for your exchange.  You will receive an authorization number and address to return merchandise to once approved allowing for the processing of your exchange to run smoothly.
4. Once your item is received you will receive notification that your exchanged merchandise  has arrived and the expected date to receive your new merchandise.
5. All accepted exchanges grant the customer an exchange credit of the original purchasing price less the shipping costs. Shipping fees for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.
All directions for Returns and Exchanges are for all purchases made here at www.mommyslittlemonkey.com.  If you have purchased your merchandise at one of our participating retailers please refer to their return/exchange policy.
We gladly will accept returns for all defective merchandise within the time frame stated above.  Please check your merchandise immediately after receiving it and test it out for defects, comfort and fitting. If your are not satisfied with your purchase refer to our policy and act accordingly.
